FACILITY

The questionnaire design module has a number of functionalities that make it accessible and user-friendly, even for those with little or no technological experience, such as:

  • DRAG AND DROP - System of dragging and dropping with the mouse for quick organization of questionnaire objects;

  • EXPRESS MODE - Creation of questions in express mode so the information can be copied from one text editor directly into the programming area;

  • DYNAMIC CONTENT - Dynamically varied content, created from respondent’s information or environmental variables, such as day, time, IP and browser;

  • PRE-VISUALIZATION - Visualization test tool, with simultaneous reading of the questionnaire structure for dynamic conference;
OTHER QUESTMANAGER QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN RESOURCES
  • COMPLEX CONDITIONALS AND JUMPS - Questionnaire programming complying with rules and conditions of private database information from every interviewee and/or every answer given.

    Example: Questions 7, 8 and 23 will only appear to females from 25 to 32 years of age that have chosen option A or C in question 5 and/or that have chosen option D in question 6.

  • CONJOINT ANALYSIS - Questionnaire programming conducting surveys using Conjoint.

  • ONLINE SURVEY REGRESSIVE CRONOMETER - Maximum length of time configuration for a questionnaire. For example, if an online survey is programmed to be answered within a maximum of 10 minutes, as soon as the time runs out, the interview ceases wherever the user is.

  • ONLINE SURVEY EMAIL ALERTS - Sending emails according to respondent's behaviour. For example, a command may be added so the system sends out messages to specific recipients in case the respondent presents a number of expected answers.

    Example: In a customers’ satisfaction survey, you can program QuestManager to notify the manager in charge of customer services of a specific consumer, if the client answers the questionnaire pointing out a great volume of dissatisfactions or a combination of specific dissatisfactions, this way the manager can start taking measures to recover this consumer right away. Even if the company has 1,000 clients with 100 different managers, every one of them will only be informed of their respective accounts.
  • MULTI-LINGUAL SURVEYS - Questionnaire design programming and application in various languages with the same program structure. The interviewee can also change the language at any time during the process without losing any information from previously answered questions.

  • ONLINE LOG AND VERSION SURVEY CONTROL - For every update made, QuestManager changes the version number of the questionnaire and produces a log to document every change made, including day, time, and the administrator responsible for the change.

    Example: An administrator triggers a survey by email with version 237, however, the following day, he changes question 3 in the questionnaire. From that moment on, the interviewees will immediately have access to questionnaire version 238. Besides updating in real-time, QuestManager also identifies, during the processing of the results, which version was used by each of the respondents.
