SURVEY RESULTS

QuestManager generates chart reports to monitor and analyse your survey results online. You do not need to wait for the study to be completed; you may export at any time and view numbers and chart results of programmed reports for every survey.

You may:

  • REPORT MODELS - Prepare different online report models, including cross-referencing in some or all of the questions depending on the analysis and/or exposure.

  • CROSS-REFERENCING - Cross-reference as many variables and/or questions as needed (i.e.: gender vs. favourite flavour vs. age vs. religion).

  • FILTERS - Apply filters to view the report created exclusively for respondents with certain profiles (Ex: consolidate only those who answered “satisfied” on question 2).

  • STATISTIC - Use the functions of Average, Mode, Median, Standard Deviation, etc. to assist with your survey analysis.
PRESENTING RESULTS

CHARTS AND TEMPLATES - QuestManager generates report for up to 35 different types of charts and variable templates for cross-referencing and application of many filters based on collected information. These reports are generated in the format of image exportable for external presentations so you save time when consolidating the final survey results.

OPEN ONLINE SURVEY RESULTS - Another resource is viewing these chart reports in automatically generated URL addresses. To break it down, the results can be viewed on the internet without having to give everyone interested in the survey access to the system.

Example: A research manager with access to QuestManager formats a report that contains results to questions X, Y and Z in his survey. This link is then published so the Marketing Department of the company can monitor the study in real-time on the internet, without having to connect to the platform.

The URL address can be used to view any information related to the study from partial numbers to the final consolidated reports.

  EXPORT

COMPLETE EXPORT - QuestManager allows complete export of all collected data, including information gathered from the questions and environment variables, such as day, time, length of participation, interviewee's IP, used browser, and telephone contact. This export is done in CSV, TSV and XML formats.

EXTRAS - In addition to exporting all of the answers from all respondents, the system also allows you to export a series of external variables that may be considered relevant to the survey
